Aged in first fill ex-bourbon casks for a minimum of 12 years and finished in Pedro Ximenez Sherry casks for between 115-160 days.

Nose: Wonderfully fruity with notes of apple, strawberries and sweet wine moving through to honey-roasted nuts.

Palate: Dried fruit, white chocolate and vanilla leading to more malty notes with almonds, apple tart and hazelnuts.

Finish: Caramel notes with red berries and lemon zest, buttery and a little chilli spice
