In the year of his death, John Crabbie created a barrel aged Old Tom Gin. This Crabbie’s 1891 Old Tom Gin has been faithfully re-produced from the original recipe found in the Archives.
Barrel ageing in oak casks adds an earthy wood spice to the Old Tom Gin making it exceptionally smooth, rich and flavourful. A wonderful mix of juniper, coriander, angelica, orris, liquorice root, celery seeds, grains of paradise, orange peel, barrel coriander, and barrel angelica.
