Vanilla Syrup 12.5ml
Apple Juice 75ml
Chambord Liq 12.5ml
Prosecco 75ml
Shake all (ex Proseco) with ice and
strain over ice in 16oz Napoli
grande highball glass.

Lamb’s Navy Rum 50ml
3 Squeezes of Fresh Lime
1 Lemon Wedge
1 Orange Wedge
Pomegranate Juice 50ml
Top with Dry Ginger Ale
Build drink with ice in a highball,
garnish with sprig of mint.
 Lamhattan
Lamb’s Navy Rum 50ml
Martini Rosso 25ml
Maraschino Syrup 5ml
Cartron Chocolate Liq 5ml
Stir all with ice in a Boston glass
for 20 seconds and strain into a
10oz Martini glass.
 Peanut Colada
Lamb’s Navy Rum 50ml
Condensed Milk 50ml
Coconut Rum 15ml
Pineapple Juice 50ml
Peanut Butter 1 Lrg Scoop
Blend all with ice and serve
in a Highball glass. Garnish with
a couple of pineapple leaves.
 Rum like it hot
Lamb's Navy Rum 50ml
Carton Cacao (Chocolate)
18.75ml
Tio Pepe Sherry 18.75ml
Orgeat Syrup 10ml
1 Small Nail of Chilli
Shake and double strain into 18oz
Martini glass. Garnish with chilli.

Lamb’s Navy Rum 50ml
Pink Grapefruit Juice 75ml
Fresh Lemon Juice 20ml
Cointreau Liq 12.5ml
Orgeat Syrup 12.5ml
Topped with Ting Sparkling Grapefruit
Shake all (Ex Ting) together with cubed
ice and strain over cubed ice in a 16oz
Napoli Grande Highball glass.
Lamb’s and Ginger
Pour 50ml Lamb’s Navy Rum into a glass over ice
Add 100ml Jamaican old-fashioned ginger ale
Stir to taste
Finish with a wedge of lime
Lamb’s and Peppermint
Pour 50ml Lamb’s Navy Rum into a glass over ice
Add 100ml peppermint cordial
Stir to taste
Finish with a wedge of lime
Lamb’s and Cola
Pour 50ml Lamb’s Navy Rum into a glass over ice
Fill the glass with cola to make a long drink
Stir to taste and add a wedge of lime
Dark and stormy
Place 5 Lime Wedges into a glass together with some cracked ice
Pour in 50ml Lamb’s Navy Rum
Add 200ml ginger beer
Add 5 Dashes angostura bitters
Stir to taste
